Members of Akademikerförbundet SSR can be found in a wide variety of professions including accountancy, administration, human resources, social work, IT and consultancy. Many members are executives or run their own companies.

Civilekonomerna

Civilekonomerna provides professional support and advice to approximately 34,000 members, including 10,000 students. Our aim is to ensure that your education will pay off with good conditions in your working life. The union has been working since 1937 with issues that matter to people with degrees in economics and business administration. As a member, you too can benefit from our long experience.

Jusek

Jusek is a union and professional association for graduates in law, business administration and economics, computer and systems science, personnel management and the social sciences. Jusek has about 80, 000 members in all sectors on the labour market.

National Union of Teachers in Sweden – LR

With approximately 80,000 members, LR is one of the largest Saco unions. Our members are qualified teachers, study advisors and vocational guidance officers at all levels of compulsory schooling, upper secondary schools, universities and colleges, as well as within adult education.

SRAT

SRAT is a professional association and a trade union for university graduates or professionals with a college degree, specialists and managers in the fields of health, communication and management.

SRAT has about 13 000 members, including 750 students, in all sectors on the labour market.

Swedish Association of Architects

The Swedish Association of Architects (Sveriges Arkitekter) is the professional association, union and interest group for Sweden's architects, interior architects, landscape architects and spatial planners. We have approximately 10,500 members and represent 95 percent of the country's practising architects.

Swedish Association of University Teachers – SULF

Swedish Association of University Teachers, SULF, is the association for university teachers, researchers and doctoral candidates. SULF, is a member of the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations (Saco), whose members are professionals with university or college education.

The Church’s Graduate Association

The Church's Graduate Association (Kyrkans Akademikerförbund) is one of many unions. What sets us apart is our knowledge of the Church of Sweden.

The DIK Association

The DIK Association (DIK) is the union for graduates who work in the culture and communications fields. There are plenty of reasons to join DIK.

The Reserve Officer´s association

The Reserve Officer´s association is a union and interest organization for reserve officers. The association has around 3,500 members and is affiliated to Saco.

The Saco Transport and Railway Association’ – TJ

The Saco Transport and Railway Association (Saco-förbundet Trafik och Järnväg – TJ) is the natural choice of union for those educated to upper secondary or university level and who work in administrative, technical or managerial roles at companies that work with road, sea or rail traffic.

The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers

The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers (Sveriges Ingenjörer) is the country's largest network for university-educated engineers. With around 129,000 members we are a strong union with resources that enable us to make a difference.

The Swedish Association of Occupational Therapists – FSA

The Swedish Association of Occupational Therapists (Förbundet Sveriges Arbetsterapeuter – FSA) is an independent, non-political and non-denominational association of occupational therapists.

The Swedish Association of Pharmacists

The main role of the Swedish Association of Pharmacists (Sveriges Farmacevtförbund) is to develop and promote the abilities and competence of pharmacists and to improve the professional conditions in which pharmacists work. Sveriges Farmacevtsförbund was established in 1903 and has around 7,500 members.

The Swedish Association of Psychologists

The Swedish Association of Psychologists (Sveriges Psykologförbund) is the union and professional organization for the country's psychologists. The association focuses primarily on members' wages and terms of employment. It also works with questions related to psychologists' work in society, professional ethics, legal matters, education and research.

The Swedish Association of Registered Physiotherapists – LSR

The Swedish Association of Registered Physiotherapists (Legitimerade Sjukgymnasters Riksförbund – LSR) is the union and professional association for Swedish physiotherapists. LSR is not affiliated to any political party.

The Swedish Association of School Principals and Directors of Education

The Swedish Association of School Principals and Directors of Education (Sveriges Skolledarförbund) has members working in both the public and private sectors. They work in everything from preschools to adult education. What unites them is their high levels of competence, their professional knowledge and their positions as leaders in education.

The Swedish Association of Scientists

The Swedish Association of Scientists today consists of over 30,000 people who can and want to contribute to the solutions of tomorrow. At least three years of university studies within natural sciences is required. The Swedish Association of Scientists unites agricultural scientists, biologists, computer scientists, physicists, chemists, mathematicians, forestry scientists and others.

The Swedish Dental Association – SDA

The Swedish Dental Association – SDA (Sveriges Tandläkarförbund – STF) represents the Swedish dental profession and works on issues that are important to the role of dentists in society.

The Swedish Medical Association

The Swedish Medical Association (Läkarförbundet) is a union and professional organization with significant influence, and a union that decision-makers and the media pay attention to. Our strength lies in the fact that nearly 90 percent of Sweden's doctors are members. Such unity makes it easier for the profession to achieve its aims. Another strength is doctors' prime importance in leading and developing the healthcare system.

The Swedish Military Officers’ Association

Officersförbundet is open to all categories of full-time military personnel. Trainee officers are also welcome to join.

The Swedish Veterinary Association (SVF)

Swedish Veterinary Association is an association of veterinarians and veterinary students. The Association is an association for veterinarians, contributing to the development of the veterinary art and veterinary sciences, and defend the Confederates social and economic interests.
