State sector

There is one negotiating organisation for members employed by the state, Saco-S. All Saco associations, apart from the Swedish Association of Military Offers, are part of Saco-S, which negotiates and signs agreements with the Swedish Agency for Government Employers in the state sector.

Saco-S includes 21 Saco associations, representing almost 80,000 graduate professionals. Members of a Saco association are covered by Saco-S negotiations.
