The employer has the responsibility to investigate and prevent illness.
AF's elected representatives support members in matters concerning work adaptation and rehabilitation. This may involve questions about the rehabilitation process, or counselling and support in discussions with HR and/or a manager.
If you would like to, an AF representative can join you as support in rehabilitation related meetings. The sooner AF is involved in the process the better the outcome for our members.
N.B. Your case will only be brought forward by AF with your approval and on your terms.
