Rules for participation in Saco Student Fairs apply to both digital and physical fairs.
These rules apply to all events, both physical and digital, arranged by Saco and Sweden Fairs. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the number of opening days, opening hours and postpone or cancel the event.
The exhibitor will be notified of any changes within a reasonable time before the event or as soon as possible to notify this. In case of cancellation, the exhibitor can receive a refund of the amount paid, but is not entitled to compensation in addition to this. In cases where only the physical part is canceled, registration for the corresponding digital part of the event is still binding. In that case, the exhibitor is obliged to pay the normal price for the digital stand minus any agreed discounts.
The registration is binding and the exhibitor is responsible for the total order upon cancellation. This also applies to equipment, additional products and extra content that is ordered if the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the event. The contract is considered binding even if the number of opening days and opening hours changes and the organizer moves the event to other dates than what was originally decided. The booking is considered binding even if the organizer moves the event to other event venues than what was originally decided, but such relocations can only take place within the same geographical area (so that the same schools and visitor groups have the opportunity to visit the fair).
If exhibitors plan not to use their stand, they must inform about this in advance so that the organizer can find other uses and avoid empty stands and give the public correct information about who is at the fair.
The organizer reserves the right to close the registration or possibly reduce the registered area if the exhibitions were fully booked. The organizer has the final decision on the distribution of space in the exhibition area.
Only exhibitors who are registered and have paid have the right to participate. If several exhibitors (organization or company) are to participate in one and the same stand, a registration fee of SEK 2,500 per co-exhibitor is charged.
The stand must be paid for at least one month before the show date unless otherwise agreed. Trade fair participants who do not meet the payment terms may lose their placement.
The exhibitor must complete his stand before the start of the fair with all that entails.
The organizer reserves the right to deny exhibitors access to the fair both at registration and during the event itself, if the organizer considers that the exhibitor does not fit into the theme of the fair, or for other reasons that the organizer thinks are important. The exhibitor is then entitled to a refund of the amount paid, but is not entitled to compensation in addition to that.
Posters, etc. may not be set up in the exhibition area (only in your own stand area). Stand height or other height construction (including roof hanging) that exceeds 2.5 meters must be approved in advance by the organizer. Distribution of leaflets outside the own stand area is prohibited.
Activities outside the own stand area must be coordinated with the organizer.
The volume of any music must be adjusted so that neighbors can speak normally.
