Welcome to the local union at Tobii

We represent all Tobii employees that are members of a SACO union. Our purpose is to organize and be the common voice of our members in discussions with the company. We believe this helps make the workplace more fun and better for everyone.

Roughly a quarter of the employees in Sweden are part of a union. We have only had a local union organization since 2018, when "Akademikerföreningen vid Tobii" was founded.

Even though our name is very Swedish, we do almost everything in English as this is the company language.
