The "stupstock" is 3.1 %.
The salary revision date is April 1, unless otherwise agreed.
The IT agreement has a so-called "stupstock", which means that if local parties cannot agree, there is a centrally negotiated value at the collective level in that the salary sum for the Academic members covered by the salary revision increases by 3.1 percent on 04/01/2024. As before, the local parties have the opportunity to sign agreements at levels that are higher as well as longer than the level of the "stupstock".
As before, the individual salary increase is based on the individual's responsibility and performance, which means that an individual salary increase can be both higher and lower than the percentage stated above.
In 2024, the provision for "flexpension" will be increased by 0.2 percent. The provision thus amounts to 1.3 percent from 1 April 2024.
