The trustees at Scania have an important role to play. Our task is to be in contact with the employer and feed back on the members' opinions and needs. We contact our members in case of major changes that affect them so that they have the opportunity to have their say - before the decisions are made!
Join us and make an impact
Examples of assignments that a trustee can have:
- contact person in MBL negotiations
- participant in a working group that drives questions from AF's roadmap
- member of the AF board
- member or deputy in the company's corporate boards
You will also become part of a professional network trustees who have a lot of fun together!
All of the AF elected representatives, including the board, work at Scania and run the trade union issues during their regular working hours. We see being close to our members as a great advantage and being out in the organization is a prerequisite for us to be able to manage the union mission in a good way.
