Swedish Association of Military Officers

Officersförbundet is open to all categories of full-time military personnel. Trainee officers are also welcome to join.

Swedish Association of Military Officers (Officersförbundet) works with:

• Traditional union business such as negotiating employment terms, working environment issues and pension agreements.
• Professional issues directly related to the work of officers.
• Questions related to support and service for our members.

Aims:

To develop the role of officers and to improve society's understanding of the special nature of the role. To act as our members' trade union representative.

Membership requirements:

To be employed by the Swedish Armed Forces or by a government agency with close links to the Swedish Armed Forces.
