Salary Negotiations 2026

The "Stupstock" is 2.5%

In addition to the "Stupstock":

0,3% for "Flexpension".

0.2% for "Arbetstidsförkortning".

The salary review date is usually April 1, unless otherwise agreed. This means that salary increases apply retroactively from that date, even if negotiations have not been concluded.

The current collective agreement expires on March 31, 2027.
