Salary revision 2025

Basis for salary revison 2025 for the period 1 Oktober 2024 - 30 September 2025

In order to represent your interests, as Saco-S member, in the coming salary revision in the best way possible it is important that we have information about your work performance and acheivements during the period 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. This provides us with arguments in our wage negotiations with your employer.

It is important to fill out the form and list relevant arguments (performance and acheivements) for your salary revision in a short and concise way. These provide the basis for our arguments for your salary increase in the salary negotiations. Please note that any information or documents regarding your performance etc you may give to your head of department/unit is not shared with Saco-S.

We ask that you fill in the form, via the link below, and submit to us as soon as possible but at the latest 22 October 2025.

Please note! It is only possible to write a maximum of 4,000 characters in each of the free-text responses in the form.
