Basis for Salary revision

Information and instructions

The form has three sections.

Part 1: Basic information
Part 2: Salary discussion and 
pedagogical qualification
Part 3: Work performance and achievements 

Each section have mandatory questions that must be answered before you can move on to the next question. It is possible to return to a previous question if you want to revise your response. Use the button Previous step and Next step. If you leave the document before it is completed the responses will disappear and you will need to start over.

Please note! Free-text fields are limited to a maximum of 4,000 characters in each of the free-text responses in Part 3. We recommend that information is summarised using bullet points as much as possible.  

When the form has been submitted successfully you will receive a confirmation on the website and as an e-mail. The e-mail will contain a summary of your responses.

Part 2 - Salary discussion and pedagogical qualification

Have you had a salary review discussion with your head of department/unit?
Are you familiar with your department's/unit's salary criteria?
If you had a salary interview: Was it based on the current salary criteria?
Have you received pedagogical qualification?
Are you docent?

Part 3 - Work performance and achievements

Remember that it is your work performance and achievements during the period October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025 that should be included. Please base your responses on the salary criteria at your workplace. 

We would like to know about your achievements and work performance during the period that you consider to be the most significant for your salary adjustment, e.g.: If you have improved your performance, made a special contribution to your workplace, developed new skills, taken on increased or new work responsibilities, etc. Describe in what ways you have contributed to your workplace's activities.

The list below is a suggestion of areas that may be relevant to include in your response

  • administra­tive duties
  • increased and/or new work responsibilities
  • professional development
  • positions of trust (for the union, work environment representativ, committees or working groups at the department/faculty etc)
  • cooperation with the surrounding community, public outreach, knowledge transfer etc.
  • teaching-related achievements and performance
  • number of scientific publications
  • number of publications of other types
  • number of applications submitted for research grants
  • number of awarded research grants (and size of grant)
  • other research contributions
