Lunch seminar on the planning of your work

Since we have noticed that there are a lot of confusion and misconceptions on behalf of the employer that create a lot of problems for some of our members at MAU, the seminar will present clearifying information regarding the local agreement and

• Annual working hours for teaching staff

• Distribution of time for research, competence development and administration for different categories of teaching staff

• Overtime work and compensatory leave or remuneration

• Planning over a three years-horizon

During the seminar, you will also have the opportunity to ask general and personal questions.

Please note that the individual working hours plans for 2022 and the final outcome of 2021 will be presented and reported to Saco-S on the 15^th of February by the employer, and after that date you will have five working days to put forward eventual complaints and objections. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, if you have any questions or doubts regarding the final outcome or the plan.

This seminar is one of several seminars that we plan to conduct in the spring of 2022.
Our ambition is to improve communication with the members, something that has unfortunately been neglected during the current pandemic.
