Disagreement in the wage negotiations

We need your answers as soon as possible.

We kindly ask for your response to serve as a basis for the upcoming deliberations, following your stated disagreement within this years sallary-seeting talks. Please provide clear, concise and compelling arguments. The deliberations will take place on 18th and 19th of November 2025, and we would appreciate receiving your input as early as possible.

The focus of these deliberations is on how the salary review process has been conducted. We are particularly interested in understanding how effectively the salary-setting discussions were carried out. Did you have two separate meetings as expected? Were aspects such as performance and goal achievement addressed? We would also like to know whether you were given the opportunity to describe your own performance, and whether you received a clear feedback from your salary-setting manager regarding your new salary.

Please note that the review concerns the level of your salary, not the percentage increase.

The outcome of the negotiations will be communicated to you by your salary-setting manager.
