  • Saco

    Saco is the organizer. Saco is a trade union confederation with 21 affiliated associations who together have over 700 000 members, university graduates or professionals with a college degree. 

    We also use our expertise in the academic work field to provide young people with tools for conscious career planning.

    All digital events but the Nordic study abroad event are included with a digital stand without live tools when booking of a stand at the physical fairs. This participation costs SEK 9.900. More infomation will be provided shortly.

  • Exhibitor badges will be availble here for printout from early November. Thet need to be worn at all times during the exhibition and give you access to the  exhibitor lounge and restaurant.

  • We have reserved a number of hotel rooms for our exhibitors at the Saco Student Fairs in Stockholm and Malmö.

    The reservation is valid until October 15.

    Book by entering the web link's code on the hotel's website. The booking is guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking, the guest is responsible for payment and any cancellation. The last day for free cancellation for the individual bookings will be 7 days before arrival. Cancellation takes place on our website under "My bookings".

  • You will find the necessary instructions and tutorials on the start page of the exhibitor portal, e.g. how to create your digital stand, how the leads manager works, etc.

  • Our visitors are mainly final year high school students and the visit at the fairs is organised by the schools' career councellors. In their account in www.sacomassan.se our visitors have a planning tool for the visit to the fairs as well as for the choice of study. In this tool they can receive online support by their school's career councellor.

  • An easy solution for producing a webinar is to simply have a digital meeting/presentation on Zoom, Teams or similar and record it. In this way both you and the presentation (e.g. PowerPoint) can be seen.

    A better, but more advanced option is to film yourself with your mobile or camera, a simple microphone and then edit the material afterwards. You could either show your presentation material on a TV-screen that you have next to you or you add the visual material during editing.

    A third option is to work with a professional production company.
