Underlag för lönerevision 2024 för perioden 1/10 2023 – 30/9 2024

För att på bästa sätt kunna företräda våra Saco-S-medlemmar i de kommande löneförhandlingarna är det viktigt att vi får information om ditt arbete och dina prestationer under perioden 1 oktober 2023 - 30 september 2024. Det är viktigt att du ger konkreta exempel. Dessa utgör underlag vid förhandlingarna med din arbetsgivare.

Vi behöver underlaget för att på bästa sätt kunna företräda dig under individförhandlingarna som pågår november-december. Observera att det eventuella underlag som du lämnat till din arbetsgivare inte kommer oss tillhanda.

Doktorander/amanuenser behöver inte skicka in något underlag eftersom deras lönenivåer är klara. Inte heller ni som har lönesättande samtal behöver skicka underlag till oss. Basis for salary revison 2024 for the period 1 Oktober 2023 - 30 September 2024

In order to represent our Saco-S members in this year’s salary negotiations in the best way possible, it is important that we receive information from you about your work related accomplishments during the period 1 October 2023 until 30 September 2024. This provides us with arguments in our wage negotiations with your employer. 

If you are a PhD student/amanuensis you do not need to submit any documentation as your salary level follows a salary ladder. Nor do you who have salary-setting conversations need to send us documentation. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, check Appendix 1 of the agreement (in Swedish): Lokalt avtal för lönerevision vid Umeå universitet 2024-2025

If you submit after this date, we cannot guarantee that we will hareceive them in time for your individual negotiation
