FAQ for exhibitors

All the practical information you require for your participation – things will be added to the list as soon as they are relevant and up-to-date.

  • Saco

    Saco is the organizer. Saco is a trade union confederation with 21 affiliated associations who together have almost 1 million members, university graduates or professionals with a college degree. 

    We also use our expertise in the academic work field to provide young people with tools for conscious career planning.

    Exhibition centers

    These are the correct persons to contact regarding any extra orders to your stand, goods handling, etc.

  • Stockholm

    • Venue: Kistamässan
    • Fair is open: November 25th–27th, 9 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesday & Thursday and 9 am to 2 pm on Friday
    • Setup: November 24th, 7 am to 10 pm as well as 25th from 7 am
    • Dismantling: right after the fair closes until 8 pm as well as the day after

    Malmö

    • Venue: Malmömässan
    • Fair is open: December 2nd, 9 am to 4 pm
    • Setup: December 1st, 8 am to 8 pm
    • Dismantling: right after the fair closes until 8 pm as well as the day after

  • Short overview of all important deadlines

    • 18/9 – deadline for booking seminars, afterwards you can book in case they are any spots left
    • 15/10 – seminar/lecture programme is published for our school contacts
    • 16/10 – deadline to fill in your digital presentation in the exhibitor portal, which will then be checked by us before going live for visitors
    • 2/11 – sacomassan.se goes live and students start signing up
    • 2/11 – deadline for stand orders before prices increase by 30% (both cities)
    • 4/11 – deadline for sending any print originals if ordered through Nordic Expo Service before prices increase 
    • 13/11 – deadline for pre-booking lunch coupons (more info tba)

  • At our fairs you can collect visitors' contact information using our leads scanner app. Just email Claudia at studentmassa@saco.se to order the scanner.

    • Price for one city/fair: 1 900 SEK
    • Price for two cities/fairs: 2 500 SEK

  • In these pdf:s you can find more practical and logistical information from the two exhibition centres. We will summarize what's most important for you in the FAQ as well as a practical checklist sent to you before the fair.

  • Exhibitors at Saco Student Fairs have the option to book seminars/lectures which are 20 minutes long and a good way to have a longer information session with several students at the same time. Seminars are advertised in the official programme, both in print and online which is marketed both by email to the visitors as well as in social media.

    Price

    • Stockholm: 5,000 SEK (seminar will be held each fair day)
    • Malmö: 2,500 SEK
