Our target is for Scania to be an attractive employer and workplace for academics. Based on the wishes of our members, we pursue issues that can contribute to that goal. In order for it to be transparent and clear for both members and management, we produce a Roadmap every year that describes our focus in a number of focus areas.
AF's roadmap is a living document for members to gain insight into the organization's direction and focus.
In the roadmap we clarify our orientation within a number of focus areas. It is revised every year and we welcome your ideas and suggestions for changes.
