Seminar - "Working in Sweden - what everyone should know"
Are you working at LiU and want to know more about the unemployment fund, the social security system in Sweden and the union? Then this seminar is something for you. Do you know what income you will have if you fall ill or if you go on parental leave? What happens if you become unemployed, with or without a valid residence permit? Do you get Swedish pension? What can the union do for you if you are a member? What help and benefits can you get?

Åsa Rybo Landelius, local officer at Swedish Association of University Teachers (SULF), will help you to straighten these question marks out. The seminar is primarily intended for foreign employees, but everyone is welcome.
The seminar is free and 'fika' will be provided. However, to make sure we have enough coffee and sandwiches for everyone, we ask that you register in advance by sending an email to "david.rule@liu.se".
